Shipping within Egypt

Many orders can be shipped on the same or next day, however due to large amounts of orders we often receive, it may take 3-5 business days to ship your order. You should receive an e-mail confirming your order.


International Shipping

International orders take around 4-6 business days to deliver. After purchasing an item, you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. NOTFOUND does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different costs per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or Customs Tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.


EXCHANGES & RETURNS 

We don’t accept returns or refunds. We only have an exchange policy. Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. Once you have emailed your exchange request you will receive a confirmation with the address of our office where you can pass by to pick up your desired item any time between 10AM-4PM. If you wish to exchange items to a different size, we will be happy to process the exchange, as long as the new item is in stock and the original items being exchanged are unworn, unaltered and in new condition (no smells, stains, makeup, bodily fluids, etc) with all tags attached. Please note that you can only exchange the item you purchased in a different size.


*We do not offer Exchanges for international orders at the moment.


RETURNED-TO-SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES

* This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to to reach the customer, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

* We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers are critical to ensure delivery.

*We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. 


CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (We're fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
