1- HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
Please check the size guide on our website or DM us for help.
2-Can you send me 2 sizes to compare?
Unfortunately we don’t ship 2 sizes. You can exchange if the size isn't right.
3-How long do orders take to be delivered?
Cairo & Alex 3-5 business days. OTHER GOVERNORATES 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS. INTERNATIONAL countries (OUTSIDE EGYPT) 7-10 business days.
4-Can I try while the courier waits?
YES! You can BUT YOU CAN'T TAKE PART OF THE PACKAGE. EITHER TAKE IT ALL OR RETURN IT ALL.
5-Can I receive only part of my order?
Unfortunately no, you can’t receive part of the shipment either you receive it all or return all the items.
6-Do you have refunds?
Yes we do, within 2 weeks! Please make sure that tags are attached, unworn and in the same condition as you received it. We only accept refunds for the items with the white strap around them. ITEMS ON SALE OR ITEMS BOUGHT USING A PROMO CODE CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
7- Do you accept exchanges?
Yes we do, within 2 weeks! Please make sure that tags are attached, unworn and in the same condition as you received it. We only accept exchanges for the items with the white strap around them. ITEMS ON SALE OR ITEMS BOUGHT USING A PROMO CODE CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED IN SIZES, not items nor coloUrs. If the size you need is out of stock then we wont be able to help you.
8- How can I exchange/REFUND an item?
-Step 1: please send us an email on HELP@notfoundco.com requesting an exchange/REFUND, don’t forget to mention your order number and which item you would like to REFUND OR exchange and in exchange with what.
-Step 2: WE WILL SHIP YOUR EXCHANGE/REFUND AND IT WILL TAKE 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE ONCE CONFIRMED.
•If you receive a defaulted item please email us so we can exchange/fix it for you within 30 DAYS.
•WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES/REFUNDS TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE EGYPT) AT THE MOMENT.
•SHIPPING FEES ARE CHARGED FOR BOTH Exchanges & refunds. (50 EGP)
